Amy was highly recommended from the care home my Auntie is living. We feel so relaxed knowing she is taking care of our Auntie’s medical care while we do not live local. Amy is so prompt with communication and keeping me informed of all the details. I would highly recommend her to take care of your loved one.
I had quite a lengthy hospital stay after a large medical emergency. I was in rehab and the care team recommended Amy to me. Amy came to my hospital room to meet with me. I knew from the moment I met her that she was hired. Amy picked me up from the hospital, took me home and got me settled. She arranged 24/7 care for me before I left the hospital and helped me get home health appointments started. I feel so comfortable having Amy take care of all my needs transitioning home. She is so good at keeping me organized.
My doctor referred Amy to me for weekly check-in visits. I’ve been not so good about remembering my doctor appointments and making sure my medications are filled. She stops in every week to keep me on schedule. I’ve never seen someone so organized like she is. I also like her text messages for my appointment reminders.
I found Amy on-line. I do not live in the area and my mom had not been paying her bills on time. Mom’s electricity was about to be shut off and Amy immediately helped call all the companies mom owed money too and negotiated on a payment plan with my mom. Amy helped my mom get organized with all her bills so that mom could continue to pay them on her own. Amy checks in on mom twice a month to update her calendar and make sure she is paying her bills on time. She also helped mom apply for Medi-Cal.
