We always act in our clients best interest while providing compassionate guidance, coordination, and oversight.
When should I hire a Professional Fiduciary?
You may benefit from a Professional fiduciary when managing healthcare, finances, or daily responsibilities becomes too much for you or your family. Families often seek our services during a health crisis, after a hospitalization, with cognitive decline, when there is no trusted family member available, when loved ones live out of the area, or when an independent professional decision-maker is needed.
Can you serve as my healthcare agent?
Yes. When legally appointed as a healthcare agent through an Advance Healthcare directive, we help ensure your wishes are honored by working closely with physicians, healthcare providers, family members, and your care team. We advocate for your best interests and help guide important healthcare decisions with compassion and professionalism.
Can you serve as my financial power of attorney?
Yes. When legally appointed as your financial power of attorney, we help manage financial and administrative responsibilities, including bill payment, financial organization, communication with financial institutions, and protecting your financial interests according to your wishes.
Do you work with long distance families?
Yes! Many of our clients have family members who live outside the Bay Area and need a trusted local professional to provide oversight, coordination, and updates.
Do you provide a free consultation?
Yes! We offer an initial consultation to discuss your situation, answer questions, and determine how we may be able to assist. If needed, We will also meet you at the hospital.
Is there a minimum service commitment?
Yes. Ongoing services require a minimum monthly retainer beginning at $500 per month, which is applied towards services provided that same month.
What areas do you serve?
Bay Area life management primarily serves Santa Clara county and surrounding Bay Area communities. Virtual consultations may also be available.
